About
With a unique blend of expertise in mindfulness, spirituality, and the healing arts, I bring over 25 years of experience helping others achieve wellness and inner peace. My coaching practice is grounded in spiritual principles from A Course in Miracles and teachings by mentors like Marianne Williamson, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael Singer. Drawing on my studies in Buddhism, yoga, and vipassana meditation, I guide clients through practices that connect mind, body, and spirit for a deeply transformative experience.
Beyond my work in holistic wellness, I am a musician at heart—a trained vocalist and pianist with a background in music from Providence College. My lifelong involvement in the arts includes performing with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and serving as a cantor and choir member at St. Ignatius Church, reflecting my commitment to community and the healing power of music.
Through my coaching, I help clients cultivate mindfulness, deepen spiritual awareness, and embrace a more meaningful, fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in compassion, informed by diverse traditions, and dedicated to empowering others on their journey toward greater resilience, peace, and self-discovery.
I struggled for many years and I tried almost everything. From Landmark Education to yoga to working on my mindset with a classical homeopath. None of the things I tried had any lasting benefit until I learned about meditation and mindfulness. Studying and practicing meditation helped me understand that the root causes of my unhappiness were my underlying assumptions about myself. When I learned that our mindset is entirely under our control, my life changed.
Your life can change too. You have the power and the ability to change your mindset and have the life you want. Let me help you do that.
